Chidanand Productions is the production house of
eMITS (Electronic Management & Information Technology Solutions), in
academic association with Film Institute of Lucknow. This Film
Institute has been established by the eMITS Society registered under
Societies Registration Act 1860. Therefore, its full name is FIeMITS
i.e. Film Institute of eMITS. Padmashri Hema Malini ji is the Chief
Patron and Padmashri K P Saxena of Lagaan fame is the Director General
of FIeMITS. Shri Anil Kapoor, Shri Satish Kaushik, Shri Paresh Rawal,
Shri Raja Bundela, Shri Raza Murad, Shri Ashutosh Gowariker are
Members of the Advisory Board of the Film Institute. Kamayani is the
first tele-serial of Chidanand Productions. We have already made
documentaries, advertisement films and quickies etc. Chidanand
Productions hires the services of Film Institute's Studio, equipment
of which does not exist anywhere between Lucknow to Mumbai and Bollywood
film makers, TV Channels have used this Studio for their own
production work at this state-of-the-art Studio floor, AVID Non-linear
Editing Centre, Sony Linear Editing Centre, Behringer Music Studio and
Soni Multi Camera switcher centre. Youth are being regularly trained
on all these equipments to provide manpower for TV/Film Production
work. There is a separate Acting School, which has a tie up with Asha
Chandra Acting School of Mumbai for basic Acting training at Lucknow
and advanced Acting training at Mumbai.
The first activity of Chidanand Productions (CP)
has been in the production of tele-serial 'Kamayani' in 11 Episodes.
Kamayani is the epic poem written by one of the greatest Hindi Poets
Jayshankar Prasad. Other production is now moving ahead with other
Film/TV Production work for which talents from all the branches of TV
production is required. CP is, therefore, preparing a panel of talent
from which it will draw artists and technicians in all it future
productions |
